IN THE EVENT THAT THE BULBS SUPPLIED ARE NOT THE SAME FITMENT AS THOSE ALREADY IN YOUR VEHICLE, WE WILL EXCHANGE THE LAMPS FOR THE CORRECT TYPE ONLY IF THE ORIGINAL ITEMS ARE RETURNED UNOPENED AND SEALED IN THEIR INDIVIDUAL PACKS.

We are unable to exchange or credit lamps that have been removed from their packs. It is your responsibility to check and compare the new and old bulbs before opening the new packs.

The product is sold with the manufacturers warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied. If you are claiming a refund for a defective product, you must contact us on 0845 2260389 as soon as possible quoting your invoice number and advising us of the problem. Goods returned without prior advice will not be accepted. The goods must be returned at the customers' cost to the address below within 14 days of original receipt.

During the period of return the responsibility for the goods remains with the customer.

The manufacturer will inspect the returned product(s) and if the product is found to faulty in manufacture a full refund or replacement product will be supplied plus original cost of postage (of product from us to you).

If after testing the product is deemed to have failed for reasons other than faulty manufacture no refund will be made. The tested product will be returned to the customer if requested with the customer agreeing to pay the postage and packing charge applicable.
