By placing an order with Startled Rabbit the customer accepts without exception the conditions contained here within. These terms along with the site's contents may be changed without prior notice. The customer accepts in placing an order that all transactions in whole or in part are governed by British law. In the case of any legal dispute this will be settled by the British legal system.
At any time Startled Rabbit has the option to cancel or decline to supply any product ordered with no reason given. If this order has already been paid for a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.
It is our aim to deliver the product ordered within a maximum of 7 days from date of order. This is not a guaranteed service and under certain circumstances beyond our control it may take longer. If this is the case a message will be sent either by e-mail or telephone to advise you of the delay. If a delay is over 14 days in total you have the right to cancel the order provided dispatched goods are returned to us still sealed in the original pack prior to a refund being processed.
All products supplied by Startled Rabbit have full European certification to the applicable standards for installation and road use unless otherwise specifically stated upon the site or via the telephone service at the time of purchase.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure our product application lists are as up to date and accurate as possible we cannot guarantee that the information provided is 100% accurate as we rely on information from manufacturers, who can change specification without notice. We advise that prior to purchase you consult the handbook for your specific vehicle to ascertain the correct bulbs are ordered.
IN THE EVENT THAT THE BULBS SUPPLIED ARE NOT THE SAME FITMENT AS THOSE ALREADY IN YOUR VEHICLE, WE WILL EXCHANGE THE LAMPS FOR THE CORRECT TYPE ONLY IF THE ORIGINAL ITEMS ARE RETURNED UNOPENED AND SEALED IN THEIR INDIVIDUAL PACKS.
We are unable to exchange or credit lamps that have been removed from their packs. It is your responsibility to check and compare the new and old bulbs before opening the new packs.
The product is sold with the manufacturers warranty. No other warranty is expressed or implied. If you are claiming a refund for a defective product, you must contact us on 0845 2260389 as soon as possible quoting your invoice number and advising us of the problem. Goods returned without prior advice will not be accepted. The goods must be returned at the customers' cost to the address below within 14 days of original receipt.
During the period of return the responsibility for the goods remains with the customer.
The manufacturer will inspect the returned product(s) and if the product is found to faulty in manufacture a full refund or replacement product will be supplied plus original cost of postage (of product from us to you).
If after testing the product is deemed to have failed for reasons other than faulty manufacture no refund will be made. The tested product will be returned to the customer if requested with the customer agreeing to pay the postage and packing charge applicable.

XENON DISCHARGE LAMPS AND ASSOCIATED ELECTRONICS.
Under no circumstances should these be handled adjusted or fitted by persons not qualified and trained to undertake this work. The voltages/amperages involved in these circuits should be considered as highly dangerous and potentially lethal.
